At Derma Dayna, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to support your healthy hair journey.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Derma Dayna is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@dermadayna.com. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, email us at admin@dermadayna.com, and we’ll gladly help you navigate the claims process whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
We’ll review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Derma Dayna ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
