At Derma Dayna LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in crafting high-quality, plant-powered haircare products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns
Due to the nature of our personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Product Disclaimer
Because our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product and are not considered defects.
Allergy Notice
We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Derma Dayna is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for:
- Products that arrive damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped by Derma Dayna
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled by Derma Dayna
Refunds are not available for:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased in error
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to ingredients (please review all ingredient lists before purchasing)
- Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout
- Packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
- Gift cards
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned to Derma Dayna because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier within the allotted timeframe, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. We are happy to provide tracking information and shipment details to assist with the process.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please email admin@dermadayna.com within 10 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
